Depicts Christ comforting a woman and her child who have been abused by a man, as the scene to the left portrays. The woman is in sorrow and praying for help in the scene on the right. Jesus, in the white robe, becomes her safety and deliverer. Written throughout the image are the words ‘advocate' and 'friend, describing who Christ is for the afflicted and abused, written in 15 different languages, including arabic, hindi, sinhalese, tamil and philipino. On the ground is written the verse, "I will never leave you nor forsake you," from Hebrews 13:5. Digital print created from photography, charcoal drawing and digital art processes. Commissioned by Amira Perera, of One-2-One Charis Ministries. Lithograph poster prints are available, size 18" x 24."
